Yea, played football at UNC for 3 years and was going to graduate next year but I got cut from the roster because my spot was needed for some freshman player.

    Football Graduation Rates: ACC

    Boston College 93%
    Duke 93%
    Wake Forest 90%
    North Carolina 79%
    Clemson 75%
    Virginia Tech 72%
    Miami 70%
    Maryland 69%
    Virginia 68%
    North Carolina St. 60%
    Florida St. 58%
    Georgia Tech 51%

Graduation rates in the ACC generally are quite strong. Three ACC schools are among the national leaders, and nine of the twelve ACC schools have graduation rates that exceed the Division I-A average of 67%. That's impressive

It must be all those engineering classes that they are making the athletes take at NCSU.

Not all schools let athletes take African American studies, Underwater Basketweaving, and General GayFairyness 101.

    Surely thats it...

I was surprised by that one. I thought Tech's admittance standards were pretty high even for their sports teams...

    .....nice.

If this kid was important in NCSUs future, then he damn sure would have known about it.

    I wish him the best.

You do realize there are about 100 players nominated for the Heisman Trophy each year don't you?

And that same team lost 41-10 to a team that went 6-7. Remember that game?

right. how many votes did the Rutgers QB get for the Heisman?

you need to clarify which team went 6-7, ECU or NC State. (sarcasm)

another player not to qualify. this whole "over recruiting" thing just might work out.

Didn't TOB recruit players that helped BC have a 93% graduation rate? I give you credit for trying but you really made TOB look good in this article.
