    So losing in the Mieneke Car Care bowl in Charlotte is not embarassing either? It was a home game for UNC and yet they still found a way to lose the game.

    lost by 1 to a team with a qb that set an NCAA record and was nominated for the Heisman trophy. I'll take it.

    be careful here. A real Wolfpack fan will be sure to let you know that during WW2 they weren't fielding "real football teams" and for a long time, like the basketball team, they didn't have a true home, so they were playing at Kenan Stadium as NC States "home" game.

    I guess now wouldn't be the best time to bring up the fact UNC lost a bowl game to a team that ECU beat the shit out of. Just sayin.....

    I wonder how many UNC players could understand this sentence? There is no way the professors at UNC teach those kind of words in African-American studies.

    I'm sure the NC State players are largely engineering majors.
