I was paying more attention to the team than I was some nearly decade long grudge, sure. That game was epic from start to finish and you spent time here thinking of me. Awwww.

Sure, WYDD said you said ""All david carr needs is to get his rapport with steve smith." You said "Carr has worked with Steve Smith as the starter for two weeks. Jake had four years with Smith, three with Colbert, and two with Carter. Rapports will develop."

    Huge difference.
I don't blame you for defending Carr, though.

agreed, that wasn't smart. And he went to the sideline one too many times, sure. He made a few bad decisions. The run game was part of it, but we were 80% on third down and he made 70% of his throws despite drops.

Like many fans, I was frustrated with Delhomme and how much he has licked man-taint lately. Jake seems like a nice guy who would be fun to hang out with, and obviously I wish he would make those "cajun magic" plays all the time, but the reality is that having Delhomme as our starting quarterback is hurting this offense. He's making costly turnovers, he's not making many big plays, and except for last night he's continued to struggle badly on third downs. I'm glad we're winning in spite of him, but because you can win with him sucking doesn't mean you should be satisfied with him sucking.

It would be fun to keep you in an infinite loop of not defending Davidson too hard without allowing room to say that Delhomme isn't the worst thing since cancer. I think you'd finally bust that vein in your head. Oh well, if that happens you can just devote more of gametime to arguing on the internet.
