    It should. They lost the best player in the league and one of the top 3 QB's of all time and are tied for their division lead.

    Jake sucks and when he went down the Panthers looked like a high school team.

    Aren't they in 3rd place right now, based on tie breakers?

    Anyway, Belichick deserves credit for keeping that team together. Do I think it's funny how New England struggled to beat St. Louis, Seattle, and Kansas City despite having superior talent? Sure, but a win is a win.

    But they are 5-5 in the conference, which doesn't put them in a prime spot. That's the reality--and we deal in reality.
