On if the recent trend doesn't concern him: It all concerns me.

I like to talk about the issues surrounding the team's performance and it's players. That's sort of what people are supposed to do on message boards if you didn't notice.

Jake is an inconsistent guy and makes some bone head plays from time to time. He is never going to be a elite guy who puts up Peyton Manning type numbers. You are never out of the game when he is playing though. He can make plays that are borderline miracles and I can't think of any body playing right now I would rather have when trying to come back late in a game. He has that same efficient under pressure mojo that Joe Montana had.

He keeps the other team in the game sometimes too.

It's all a plot to keep us at 9-3.

but you're here bitching about the quarterback.

At any rate, "average" is something I can deal with, because he's not looking as good this year (coming off an unprecedented surgery), and wouldn't disagree. It's "shouldn't be starting" or "it's 100% Smith" that isn't correct.

Man, I love jake and I love smitty. Love j-stew and d-willy. Love kasay and jerry and singing that silly fight song.

We're 9-3, baby! Warts and all.

his "it" wasn't on the field for two come from behind wins this year. I'm fairly certain you're not calling Dante Rosario special.
