I honestly don't think I know a single person in reality who likes delhomme and that is the truth. I don't know how many times I heard people in green bay say that the paanthers would be great if we had a qb

 

I know plenty. Odd, the person who doesn't have a negative outlook has a...less negative outlook than the person with the negative outlook?

The argument you've used here for years that other teams' fans aren't enamored with Delhomme has never put much concern into me.

It always has been. There are plenty of people who I argue with incessantly but I don't despise them the way that I despise you. You're free to disagree with my judgment, but I do despise you specifically because I think you're a mind wasted on bias and dishonesty. It drives me nuts.

Own up to what? The only "statistic" you posted was that bit about Jake being 9th in QB rating before the bye. That's not anything that supports a notion that Jake is special. That's like saying that Jake is 6'2" and pretending that it somehow is evidence that Jake is special. Yes, it is a fact, but it's not persuasive in any sense.

Most people used to find him to be an asset. Few people defend him anymore.

He's not very good. It pretty obvious to every other person who watches football. You aren't the only one who watches.

 

Let me settle this argument.

Jake is not accurate. Not on any level. He wins a lot of games, and does some of it on his own. But make no mistake--from an accuracy perspective, he's weak, and until that is addressed with this team, we will have some struggles.

I think this is just peachy. Any time you're willing to admit bias in a thread where you blast anyone as biased, well, it warms my heart.

it was a statement against him being "not good enough to start". 9th in the league in QB rating would generally be "good enough to start" just as his 106 home QB rating would probably be "good enough to start".
If it were a statement someone else made, and you weren't so vehemently against that player, you'd be dressing them down. Jake's good enough to start and you know it.
