Read Hasbeens post earlier. While weight is one factor it is just one in many. I'm down 15 total in three weeks and now on the new machine. I feel better when I wake up. My problem is I roll to nights and back occasionally so my body is confused. Sleep doctor gave me a sample pack of AMbien, Love them. I'll be getting some more of those things

From what I've read, weight is a major factor, not just one of many. Ambien works good, I've tied them but you become reliant on them to sleep and that is not good. You might want to stay away from those.
