Charlotte vs Clemson

First time an ACC team has ever come into Halton Arena. We have to play a hell of a lot better than we have so far if we want this to be close.

UNCC is gonna get drilled.

 

I've been dull from the pain since Lutz misused Withers his senior year.

 

It started before that. He inherited a loaded program and rode Watkins recruits for 4 years, picked up Withers off the success Mullins and Watkins created and destroyed an NBA prospect over a 4 year period.

Now, out on his own in a conference that is tough to recruit in, he is showing his inablilty to evaluate talent and below average coaching ability.

 

I used to bumping into opposing fans at bars after games, and them telling Lutz to thank him for not not getting touches to his best player by far, and letting Plavich launch thrity footers five seconds into the shot clock.

 

Was Martin Iti here that long?

 

While I don't really expect a win today, I don't think we will get drilled. We always seem to get up for the "big" teams. While Clemson isn't exactly a Final Four contender, it is a big game, and I know the guys will be up for it.

I'm expecting Clemson 79, Charlotte 75. It'll be interesting to see how close I am. Maybe we will get the win. We did beat them at their place last year with making just 4 threes. Who knows.

I think it will be a decent game, but not as close as you have it. I was at the UNCG game, and while Charlotte won, they didn't look real good. As for Clemson, Booker hit the weight room hard in the offseason and he dragged Stitt with him. Stitt put on 15 lbs of muscle. He and KC Rivers are both from the area, and I expect them to have big games. Oh, and don't look now, but Clemson has actually been hitting free throws so far this year.
