I cheated this weekend. I had my first beers (3) in 3 weeks. they were Lites and according to my WW I get 35 points whether or not I'm on the core or counting points thing. Oh and I ate a Honey Bun damn it was good. I made up for it by an additional 30 minutes of walking that night.

    Weigh in tomorrow

Might need to cut back on the fried cookie dough sandwiches.

I guess I should be happy to have held my ground so far over the holidays. I put on about 5 pounds over Thanksgiving but I have gotten it back off.

Same happened to me. Between Thanksgiving and being sick for about 10 days, 7 pounds snuck up on me fast. I'm starting to whittle it back down, though.

Slowed down my weight loss a little. Lost only 1/2 lb over the Thanksgiving holidays but still a losing number. Down 17 since Nov 1 and have a weigh in tomorrow

I think I have all of the family dinners and work dinners behind me now. I just have to resist the treats and stuff from now until Christmas day. I am eager to get back on track and lose some more weight. I have been hovering the 212-218 range for a while now and I really want to break 200 pounds.
