    Don't know about your problem, sorry, but it seems like the best thing you can do to take care of a 360 is keep it well ventilated. Mine has worked like a dream for years, and in my opinion it has better games than the PS3.

    Cleaning it is the right call, but periodic lockups are a concern. Make sure it's ventilated correctly. I have mine in a cabinet, but the door is always open and it has a lot of room to breath around it with NO other heat sources in the same area.

    Gears 2, Rock Band 2, and Burnout Paradise are my games...sick fun. GOW Horde mode is AWESOME, made it to level 26 with a pickup group even with a few people bailing at around level 23.

    GTA IV was a big dissapointment after the initial rush wore off.

    Don't play Racing games, but the other two are freaking awesome.

    Fable II and Fallout 3 are two other games that just came out, even though F3 is on PS3 as well. I believe I heard tale that F3's DLC was going to be 360 exclusive, but that may change over time.

    What with Bed Bath and Beyond and maybe a trip to Home Depot...
