    Yea, PP, 40 pounds is an unreasonable goal weight unless you are Frodo Baggin's little sister.

    Amazing what the brain and eyes think looks right late at night.

    I'd like to drop around 40 lbs which would take me down to my HS weight :dunce2:

    Down 10 so far total. Weight Watchers is relatively easy. I am not doing the points version rather the core program where I can eat from a list of things I like and not be bothered counting. Lots of fruits and veggies (non potato)

    Not on purpose but I eat too many of those sugar free candies with the sugar alcohol in them one time and........
