BTW-Hansbrough out indefintiely with "stress reaction." MRI on Thurs revelaed it, and if not treated could have led to stress fracture. Better now than when the conference schedule starts. Could be a big bullet dodged in their title hopes.

"Stress reaction" is a new one for me. Never heard of that.

He'll be back before the dook games, so don't get your hopes up, dookies... And, TIS will remain TIS.

This will give a couple of the new guys some time to get valuable minutes early.

figures this thread would bring this clown out of mothballs.

Docs have to evaluate, but he'll likely be back before ACC schedule rolls around.

It will be way before the Dook game, at the very least. I dont see T sitting out too long. He'll force his leg to get better if it doesnt do it on its own.

No practice for 2 weeks; which would give him 2 days before season opener. I think it will take him another 1-2 weeks to get back up to speed, so should start playing regular minutes around the Maui Invitational.....if everything goes well.

which is fine after this year UNC will be without him and many others and need the incoming freshman to play a big role next year. Also a good time for someone to shine for playing time off the bench, UNC is deep this year.
