    it is about the same, I like it more than oblivion I think, but Fable II is way better.

    Fallout 3: 93
    Fable 2: 90

    So I'd say you're in the minority if you think Fable 2 is "way better" than Fallout 3.

    If you liked Oblivion, you will like Fallout 3.

    I'd say Fallout is like a cross between Oblivion and Mass effect. Not as good as ME, but better than Oblivion.

    As for Fable II, I'd say its more like a cross between Shenmue and the Sims. Lots of polish, lots of little details done right. I wish they would have included some dialogue, and I wish it had an indepth fighting system (a la Shenmue), but overall it is probably my favorite open world game on the market since Shenmue.
