    I don't really have a goal weight, I have gone from a size 22 to a 16 would definitely like to go down 2 or 3 more sizes, but will probably be happy when I am around the 150 or so mark.

    How much would you think a 5'2 larger framed female should weigh? I get a lot of opinions. I say larger frame because I have man hands etc.

    according to the BMI index anywhere between 120 and 150 should be a healthy weight.

    But that again doesn't take into account bone structure, just height and weight.

    Thank you! That actually made me happy. I thought it was going to say something terrible like 105-115....yeah, I'm not going to be 105 again. I haven't been for almost 10 years! I'm still trying to get off a bit of baby weight.
