Can you hang a ceiling fan? :189:

Seriously I am assuming your cooking the oysters yourself, if that's the case just dump the oysters on a picnic table and bring the trashcan outside (or the rolling one from the city)

PP- I was just hoping to find one at a store... I was looking for a tall table. I've seen one before down in NOLA that is plastic and very portable.

I guess I'm SOL. And yes, I roast them in a turkey fryer.

    No BS...

...here Chris, yes a table with a hole in the middle makes clean up easier. And I've done the oyster gig in a turkey fryer, a hole in the ground with hickory for fire, etc. No BS, try this, lay the oysters out on the cooking surface of a gas grill and they will cook to "order". If you like 'em warmed over a bit then you take the bigger ones off first, then as folks want them cooked more, (mistake #1 to me), then they have to wait a little longer.
When we steam oysters at the beach in a pot, they all come off the heat at the same time, and will basically be cooked the same. When you use a gas grill, open surface, folks can lean over and take the ones that they think are cooked to their liking. When the gas grill approach is used, any table can be used to hold the shells.
    And the saltier the better!

....no not rocket science, but just a good way too cook oysters. You see Yank, we in the south do it our way and it works fine as long as you pricks from the north don't try to tell us how you do it in Jersey.:fish:
