Florida ranked 20th in recruiting

    Florida State is ranked number 5 in nation in recruiting and Miami is ranked number 10 in nation in recruiting.

    I'm just wondering if the high school recruits see coach Urban Meyer as someone they do not want to spend the next 4 years in "his" house?

    If I was a recruit I would look at the SEC first and then other conferences as as back up. Seems to me that maybe, just maybe the shine is wearing off the coach at Florida and recruits are beginning to see that Florida is not the school they need to consider after all....just wandering!

    It may also be that Florida has a young team and not a lot of scholarships available.

    Meyer is also very good at closing. They'll be in the top 10 by signing day even without as many schollies as normal to give

    Recruiting numbers mean little to nothing. They look great but if you do nothing with them, then you look dumb and will lose your job(see Tommy Bowden). Urban Meyer isn't going anywhere and they have some of the best talent in that nation and will run over FSU and Miami for years to come.
