    I'm not judging, just sayin.

    BTW all the recipes you posted in here sound really good, thanks. HG's too, her pie recipe sounds good. Do you think her pie is like what we would call a quiche?

    No - this has a pastry lid - so it's a pie :smile:.

    Quiches (I guess this is the same everywhere), have a pastry base, but no lid.

    Here's a B&E pie (not a great shot though, but it does have the obligitory tomato sauce). I think this one has spinach in it.
