    Have you tried Hollandaise sauce on it? It's good.

    Mine?

    I like it sauteed with squash and added to penne with fresh tomatos, wine and good parmigiano reggiano.

    Like the others have said I like it with olive oil, sea salt and pepper, garlic or some balsamic vinegar or italian dressing and grill or broil.

    Asparagus is strange with me. I love its aroma while cooking, but can't stand its taste and texture.

    Yup, that is how my family makes it. I hate it but I'm just fussy. Everyone else loves it.
