    Hate to see someone with an injury no matter what team he plays for. He might be back next year, never know with knee surgery. Best of luck to him and hopefully a speedy recovery.

    Mack Brown was offered identical dollars to stay in NC that he was offered by Texas. I know this for a fact. Fuck him, water under the bridge

    I can't say I blame him for taking the job at Texas. Even with all the wins at Carolina he still played second fiddle to the hoops program. Even if the money was the same he knew one thing for certain, football was #1 at Texas and you don't have to leave the state to recruit a winning football team. After watching Torbush and Bunting coach the Heels I've appreciated Brown even more.
