    QB Steve Beuerlein who had surgery on his left shoulder to repair a torn ligament earlier in the off-season has been released.

    WR Patrick Jeffers should be completely recovered from major knee surgery by training camp.

    TE Wesley Walls had off-season surgery on his knee. Whether he's ready to go by the start of training camp remains to be seen.

    The decision to dump Beuerlein was genius. Dameyune Craig would have been a Hall of Famer if they had just given him more of a chance.

    It seems like a trip to the twilight zone to remember that for a short time Jeff Lewis was going to be the savior at QB. Weird times...
