I liked it - a couple plot holes, but hey, I can deal with that. Stylistically (camera angles, the way they do the captions, black outs, etc) it's AWESOME. And the lead is not hard to look at.

It was between watching it and The Thomas Crown Affair, TCA won out. I wish I'd watched Fringe, then I might have been able to stay awake.

    Good show.

Anyone see the replay last night with the 7 minute trailer of The Day the Earth Stood Still? That looks pretty good.

Yeah, the trailer was the best part of that two hour block. Fringe itself was ok, but it had that standard "I'm trying way too hard!" vibe you get from J.J. Abrams shows. I think the corporation as evil entity thing has potential, as it really does feel like they've grown beyond the government's ability to regulate, but they're throwing in way too much weird shit. Having the lead and Pacey making eyes at each other when she's supposed to be concerned about the plastic dude was also a head-scratcher, but set up the predictable ending.

Or Charlie from the Ducks. Hard to imagine him as a super genius.

That's the only thing that irks me about the show. Otherwise, I liked it, and I'll be watching it some more.

I like the corporation angle as well, it does ring of truth in that sense.

This show will be getting more airtime on my end as well.
