Let's see if they can keep it up next week. If they play VaTech like that, or even close to it, we might be in for a pretty good season. They looked a lot more confident than I've seenthem in a long time.

    I'm with you!

Having actually been at the Rutgers game. It was definately more lopsided than you know. TJ struggled a bit in 1st QTR but was only off by a "shade" he adjusted well and the whole team came together.
If this team shows up against VT - we will definately turn around the very close loss from last year. If you remember, we dominated VT @ Blacksburg in every category - and if not for a fumble on the 2 - would have won that game. Not to mention a couple of 4th qtr "questionable" penalties.
This team is not making those same mistakes this year! Watch them to improve on their play from last year. I'm sure that Coach Davis and Staff are very well aware of all positions and personnel and potential.
the Heels are NO JOKE. They have worked extremely hard in the weight room, practice fields and film rooms.

It was nice to read how all the much more knowledgable (than I) football fans responded to this thread in the beginning of it - and great to see how all you monday morning quarterbacks don't really have a freaking clue..............

    GO HEELS
the bottom line is: the best players will play - as they prove themselves.
