    WOW, just WOW.

Greg Little looked a step slow even when he managed to break one or two.

Overall he looked hesitant, danced a bit a la DeShaun, and just didnt look like a natural running back. Probbaly because he isn't.

I wish they had gotten Draughn some reps in the first half. He has RB instincts, and falls forward every time he gets the ball. I know it was against a demoralized second team RU defense, but I would have liked to have seen how he looked in the first.

The defensive secondary SWARMED to the ball today, something I haven't seen Carolina do in a LONG time. There were numerous plays on 3rd and long where the pass was just short of the 1st down marker and within an instant there were three defenders pushing back the reciever.

Yates was very shaky on short and mid range passes early on. Thats been the knock on him, deadly accurate on the long ball (like that BEAUTY to Tate) but suspect in the short game. Still got the job done today. No Turnovers.

This defense is gonna be NASTY in a year or two.

I think they did manage to get to the QB late in the 4th, but it was already after they had substituted the Black (Running) QB.

I liked the play calling too. On those third and shorts inside the red zone they went in the end zone for TDs every time inside going for first downs.

Heels looked good but Rutgers still looks terrible. I was surprised by the Heels toughness. Not used to seeing that in baby blue.

I noticed the blurb the announcers had about Davis talking with Mack Brown. Brown told him to make sure the football team isn't second fiddle to the basketball team. Even the announcer laughed at that one.

although I detest Carolina, they looked good last night. I was actually impressed with the way they played, disgusted with the way rutgers played.

carolina did play a lot better than I expected, but they didn't "wow" me like East Carolina did against W. VA

When looking at the millions of missed tackles they've made the past few years, I think I have a reason to be happy!
