    It releases on the 14th - Sunday for normal people, midnight Saturday for me.

    Can't wait for better instrument quality and the insanely good song list, let alone band battles and the other 100 improvements.

    You know there are no bundles for a month right?

    Only things available at launch is the game and the new instruments separately.

    Game+New Guitar+New Drums = same price as bundle, but you won't get a mic.

    I'm hoping the new guitar is a lot better than the old one, I prefer the old one's size to the GH games but the quality was shit. I don't have confidence in my 'fixed' instrument.

    Also, there will be 20 free dlc songs available at launch, I'm excited to see what those are.

    The return policy for RB1 was pretty solid, just time consuming. EA went out of their way to exchange the bad instruments. I'm sure RB2 will come with a similar policy, and hopefully EA realized that poorly designed instruments will just cost them more money/customers.

    the new instruments are much higher quality.

    Drum pads are stronger, quieter.
    Drum pedals are re-inforced, metal in the right places.
    Guitar is just overall better, including auto-synch and re-designed strum and tilt sensor.

    Yes, I know the bundle isn't out, who cares. The mic is replaced easily by any microphone anywhere, having the system this weekend with 2 wireless guitars, wireless drums, and a wireless mic (the mic I already have for xbox live chatting) rocks.

    PS3, etc. users get to suck it for a month.
