    Today is the one year anniversary of me reaching my goal weight of 185. I've never weighed in more than ten pounds over, and most of the time I've hovered between 188 and 193 (I weighed in yesterday at the gym at 189).

    Congratulations, I know several people on here decided to get healthier after PantherFanz passed but you are the only one I know of who actually carried through on it. Maybe I can join you eventually, I am trying really hard now.
