    Jersey Mike's is the only chain I eat at. The Italian sub there kicks ass. Subway is the most bland over priced crap.

    Leo's Deli on Elizabeth is really good. dont know if they have hoagies, but the sandwiches are awesome. nice little jewish deli.

    Yeah, local family owned Pizza and Italian joints have great subs. I go to one place where two guys are straight off the boat from Italy, then I go to a joint where a dude grew up in Queens. Great shit.
