    today i fixed a london broil, topped with onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, wrapped in foil and convection roasted for 2.5 hours. i also boiled some silver queen corn on the cob and fried some okra. the smell alone would make you want to slap your grandma.

    For lunch I grilled a fillet (in the rain) with asparagus and a baked potato. I love working at home.

    I almost forgot how good a plain old peanut butter sandwich can be. Most any brand of peanut butter will do, all you need is a decent toasted bread, e.g. sourdough.

    brought curry chicken salad w/ raisin bread today for an office party. it's some good stuff w/ mango chutney, grapes, walnuts etc. :bigsquaregrin:
