    Dan signed a 1 year contract with the Saints. Unless they release him, he can't sign even a 1 day contract with anybody else. It will be March of '09 before the "Retire a Panther" ceremony can happen.

    Assuming the organization was wanting to do something special for his retirement. He did good at times but I don't think his overall output warrants it. Who knows, Jerry may thinks it's something for the fans.

    Who gives a fuck? To me he retired as a MLB that kept getting blown the fuck up by the RB he was supposed to be tackling. Or He retired as a damn good 5 yard after the LOS tackler.

    I only wish he could have played for the Saints this year. We could have ran right at the fucker all game long. We'd either get 1st downs or he'd be out for the season...
