Oh yeah, I forgot that part. My bitch is I got programming for $39.95 per month for one year, the second year of my contract is $55+.
Damn I hope it doesn't get worse; fucking tv just ain't worth the hassel.

TWC had that feature when I lived in Columbia. you couldnt ff like a normal on demand, and when you rewinded it would rewind too much. still kind of a neat feature

Hmm so you can't skip commercials?

I wonder if you can load it on one channel by letting it keep playing and switch to another channel like you can do now. Probably not.

    nah couldnt skip them.

I guess you could PIP to another show while the start over show was going. but basically if you changed the chanel, and came back you would have to "start over" again

and it wasn't available on every channel

i have ZERO regrets switching to direct tv. i have excellent service and am spending $20 less a month. the DVR kicks the shit out of TWC on every level. their customer service has been better than i could have ever hoped. it does not hurt that i have a 100% clear shot at the SE sky from my roof.

For the die-hard NFL fan or for anyone with a standard def tv DirecTV is the obvious choice.

For people with hd DirecTV is becoming a clear choice with the now-free hd-dvr tuner, but for someone like me to switch they are going to have to fix their picture problems.
