    dry rub but finish them off with sauce.

    I've posted the dry rub I use on here several times.

    Sauce I put on can be just about anything - but I like Bone Suckin' Sauce the best

    same here. I usually use Dinosaur barbecue products. Foreplay for the dry rub and finish with Wango Tango. the store was out of the foreplay over the weekend so I grabbed McCormick's Grill Mate cinnamon and chipotle rub. stuff is damned good. A little sweeter than I'm used to, but the wango tango is hot enough to give the meat a good sweet and spicy combination.

    Mop sauce while their cooking and as they get done add some Bone Sucking sauce.


    I'll add my mop sauce recipe later.

    Dry rub: 1/4 cup ea Cumin, Hot Paprika, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Kosher Salt, Black Pepper and finish it with 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
