Something tells me that Hibbert might come close to slipping out of the first round all together. I would rather see the B-Cats pick up a more athletic post player at 20 than Hibbert and then use that pick as a possible trade bait like they did last year.

There are an abundance of 6'9-6'11 skinny guys predicted from 8-14, I would love to see one of those guys slip to 20. I liked Hibbert at 20, but not if we get Love. I'd prefer Love and one of those tweeners to develop (although Jemario Davidson is along the same mold, as is Ryan Hollins.)

Honestly I'd love to go up to #2 for Beasley but I bet we'd have to throw in something else to get that done, and I wouldn't want to give up anyone decent. Perhaps if they would consider taking Morrison or Carroll (hah fat chance on the last one.)

Should be interesting tonight since they picked up the extra #1. They can get two players or make a move up a little if they have a player targetted. I know it won't be Beasley tho, they just don't have enough to deal for the #2 pick imo.

don't expect another vet. don't have all that same cap room they had last year that allowed them to absorb Richardson.

How about Love or Lopez with first and the Hickson at 20

I heard the Nuggets don't get to use the pick unless Charlotte is not in the lottery. If Charlotte is in the lottery, it is still Charlotte's 1st round pick.

They said it was a protected 1st. I am assuming that's the case. I wonder how long that provision holds true?

I think I read somewhere that it's protected if the Bobcats are in the lottery next season. Then it goes down to a top ten, a top five and a top three protected pick. Then in 2013 it's unprotected.

Maybe we can call off the trade and let Denver keep the French pastry
