I hate to act better than all this but I don't get help from anyone, I don't buy shit I can't pay off and at the end of the day the sheriff isn't escorting me out of the place I lay my head on.

And I'm guessing you bought what you could afford NOT necessarily your DREAM place.
Tired of seeing people on TV whining about losing their places. "Gosh we had a 330,000 morgage and our place is only worth 230 now and we only make 3 grand a month" Go figure!

    Thanks counselor.....

.....you've laid it out in the legal sense. What I see in this thread is desperation, and unfortunatley, ignorance in the appropriate/best avenue to closure. Financial blasts to families are devastating. I've been there. I lost $500kish in a restrurant venture, most of which was borrowed, and my house was collateral. I wouldn't wish this headache on my worst enemy. My advice to ya'll is get an attorney, who will work with you knowing that $ is tight and let him help. I.E. Don't go to a carpenter to work on your teeth. get it? When it gets to the forclosure stage, you're matched up with the suits. Get a professional to help!

    Location was one thing....

....it was a Jersey Mikes shop on Hillsborough St. on the campus of NCSU. No parking. The other BIG problem was that I was an absentee owner.........not good. I blame me.
