Please quote the relevant passage from the current fifa rules that states all tackles - without qualification - from behind are a red card.

I already have, you idiot. On page 117 it says, "A tackle that endangers the safety of an opponent must be sanctioned as serious foul play." Both Joseph Blatter, the president of FIFA, and Bobby McMahon have said that FIFA considers all tackles from behind to be reckless and a danger to the safety of an opponent.

 

No, he didn't, you lying piece of shit. He said it wasn't spelled out specifically in "The Laws of the Game," which is only one part of FIFA's rules. Referee Instructions are part of the rules in the same way that amendments are part of the Constitution. You can't pretend that they don't exist.
