It's pretty entertaining when you watch Kobe's pitiful reactions showing that he knows that they blew a 20+ point lead to let the Celtics take a 3-1 advantage, which the Lakers can't climb out of....

Radja was under-rated. He just wasn't used properly.

Kobe is going to go *off* game 5. Won't matter much though.

just got thru watching game 4. gotta say that i absolutely can't stand that paul pierce gets bailed out for being an unsteady ball handler. that tossing the head back stumble move he always does gets him to the line every time.

to me, that's the biggest problem with the refs -- they are told to not call incidental contact. which means, contact that doesn't look like it bothered the guy is not called usually. so of course, players all act to get calls. if you try to play thru the contact, then you're penalized. paul pierce got away with a ton of contact on kobe (like a blatant grab of his jersey while he was going up for a shot towards the end of the game). but because kobe's got a much better handle and keeps a lower center of gravity, he doesn't get knocked off kilter as much when he takes contact. it's even worse for lebron james.

but man, talk about choking. they played soft after having a great 1st quarter.

This officially ends, forever and ever, the Michael vs Kobe debate. Replace the two players on this team, no way Michael loses a game like this in the Finals, at home.

Oh, and isn't Sasha supposed to be their defensive stopper? Ouch.

NBA refs have a tough job, because most of their calls are subjective.

That was the clincher for me. 40 seconds left and you let a slow old guy skate into the lane for a layup. That's just bad, bad basketball. I don't even know when Game 5 is supposed to be because I don't care.

wonder if we'll have to sit through another year of how much stronger the west is.

The cavs play defense, something not many teams in the west do effectively.
