How long ago did you have the baby? My wife breast fed and the weight dropped right off. It was amazing.

After three children she was the same weight, pre-pregnancy, within a couple of weeks. She gained 30 pounds with each pregnancy and so did I. After the third one I was plus 90 and she was the same weight she was before the children. Not fair.

However, after she stopped feeding the babies she started gaining some but not like me.

I had him on the 10th. I had a bit to lose before I got pregnant and gained about 36lbs pregnant. So my guess is now I would like to lose between 30 and 40 pounds depending on how crazy I get. This is my third and last one so whatever I do lose I plan on keeping off. I have already lost about 23lbs since having him.

Little bit at a time, J. I know it may not seem like much, but seriously -- that's how it's done. Keep it up -- you're going good! :xyxthumbs:

Thanks. It is slow going. The hardest thing is the eating right/healthy, I have totally cut out the soda, it has been almost two months. I have also been very good with my exercise routine, walking 30-45 minutes a day, at a good clip, five days a week. The eating though is the most difficult thing but I am dropping about 1lb a week and that is the good thing.

    Thanks again.

I forgot to weigh the past couple of Mondays. Today I was 317. Still plugging away.
