Well other than speculation from the article, neither of us know why his playing time dropped. I was looking more at the start of his career which he actually came out and did something of value for his team.

But here is the key, Allen actually did something and proved his value in more than just one facet of the game. JJ has done shit so far with his career so far, if your boy could do just a little bit more than shoot he may get more playing time against something other than producing against scrubs.

Hey, you were the one stupid enough to try and draw a comparison between JJ and Allen, talk about stupid.

Yeah, I can see where a dookie would want to compare an unproven for shit dookie player to a player that proved himself in another sport.

I must have missed the part where Sly's comparison mentioned talent.

I think I read somewhere that Stan Van Gundy came right out and said that he hates J.J. Reddick as a player and that he'd never get off the bench unless he changed his game. Given that, I don't see anything wrong with Reddick demanding a trade. Of course, there's nothing wrong with the Magic not trading him either.

I hate dook as much as anybody and even I can agree with the comparison. Sometimes playing time (or lack thereof) has nothing to do with talent (see, Rozier, Clifford).

I think the 'play me' part of play me or trade me is to show the Orlando fans that it's not personal. This isn't a 'I don't want to play here' type of demand, it's a 'I'd like to get a fair shot before I'm 28' type of thing.
