Bottom line, KU is not in trouble right now, but the NCAA is investigating. There is a lot of smoke that has turned to fire around this. Bottom line, it appears Arthur should have never passed the Clearinghouse for high school which means he should have never been able to go to college. That means the NCAA could rule he was never eligible to play at KU. Any team that plays an ineligible player could have to forfeit all games he played in. That could mean the national championship game as well.

COULD. Not WILL. And I'm sure it wouldn't come to that as the clearinghouse was the one that screwed up.

I don't think anyone is even suggesting that Kansas may have known about it. It's not their fault, they won't be punished, and they aren't in any trouble. That said, it's hilarious that some people are pretending that they had no idea this kind of thing goes on.

actually its normally the school that gets screwed over in this whole deal. Its not really fair. I don't expect Kansas to get stripped of the title by any means, but they may get a slap on the wrist for something they don't deserve.
