Anyone who thinks dropping 75 pounds is easy has probably never done it. Weight loss is not easy at all.

Try to get a walking partner, that makes the exercising a great deal easier. I have been walking just about every day for the past couple of weeks with a guy from work during lunch. It makes it a lot easier, support and all.

Okay, I start this week. I had salads the past few days so I couldn't realize my ideal weight. I weighed in this morning at 183. I plan to be at 170 by the end of May and 165 by the end of July. I've been at 165 before and it's impossible to keep plus I'm older. We'll see. I am doing the low carb, not the no carb, diet. Not going by any plan, just reducing the amount of carbs overall for the next month and Imma start jogging on a regular basis and using the colon cleanse stuff. Those three combined should melt away the pounds so I can fit into my speedo this summer. Enjoy.

I ran a 5k saturday in 38 minutes. It took five minutes to get going, so I think I did pretty good considering I drank and smoke and sexed it up the night before. Imma little sore now though.:smug:

No. I usually drop about 5 lbs. for the summer. If you've read all of Thelt's responses, he wants to lose weight...but never seems to commit to any sort of exercise program or diet. Lot of talking. :N1Idontgetit:
