    Easiest desert around and it's gooood.

    Take chips ahoy cookies and dunk them in milk.
    Line a pan with them
    Put cool whip over that layer
    then more dipped cookies..
    til you have 3 layers.
    End with cool whip and top with mini chocolate chips.
