My father in law took a couple carousels of slides to sSam's to get converted to JPEG files. Problem is, all 200+ of the JPEGS are upside down (I guess due to the way they were stored in the slide carousels.)

Is there a way I can do a script in windows to read in a file at a time, rotate 180 degrees, and write result out to a new folder?

    Any (good) help is appreciated.

If I'm understanding correctly, you should be able to simply select all files at once that need to be rotated, right click on one and select "rotate clockwise" (or counter clockwise) twice.

Wow, that certainly was easy, thanks for the quick and accurate response.

CharDude, I don't doubt irfanview can do it also, but roto's was a no brainer.
