dicK couldn't stand for a decent kid to go to his archrival (Johnny Dawkins) school, now, could he?

It's fairly easy to find role players in the bottom half of the Top 100 (Plumlee is #58, Czyz is #87); it's hard to find program-changers (especially program-changing bigs).

Since K has been at dook, here are the 51-100 guys he's signed:

    Jamal Boykin
    Clay Buckley
    Eric Meek
    David McClure
    Marty Pocius
    Nate James
    Marty Clark

A few role players (James, Clark, Meek) and a few total busts. And nobody who made a lick of difference in his FR season.

    Here are Carolina's 51-100 guys:

    Zwikker
    Fingleton
    Bersticker
    Calabria
    Terry
    Q. Thomas
    Graves

Again, a mix of role players and busts (although better overall success than the dook guys). Again, none of these guys contributed much at all as freshmen.
So, he's not going to save the program, but may develop into a role player in a few years. That assumes a decent big man coach, which they don't have, though.

Considering Duke's lack of any good big men outside of Singler, its a good signing for them, and he may end up being a hidden gem. That being said he doesn't "scare" me as a UNC fan, but still not bad. No worse than UNC picking up Alex Stepheson for example. A contributor, but not a "dominant force".

Can you find some other sig material? I dislike seeing my username every time you post.
