    Every time I close my internet explorer, I get the error message Internet exployer has encountered a problem and needs to close. I have tried everything and can't seem to fix it.

    uninstall all the stupid shit you download off of the internet like yahoo/google toolbars, misc "free" games, etc

    If he's closing it anyways...does it matter? I could see if he got that error message when he was opening it...

    because it's annoying and could be a symptom of a more serious, underlying problem with his system.
