Conner might also be a better fit as a MLB in a 3-4. He has the ability to take on blocks pretty well. We still have the 31st ranked pass rush.

When is Thomas Davis a free agent? Next year is his 4th year...did he sign a 4 or 5 year deal?

Maybe LB doesn't seem like a huge need, but Anderson has sucked a dick and Seward has only been good on special teams.

3-4? Kemo at NT, Lewis/somebody else at end, & Peppers? Lewis could also occasionally move over to NT when Kemo is tired.

Agreed Beason was more effective in the middle, and certainly not advocating the move. All I'm saying is that it's a possibility. You don't have to think so, but I doubt you have predicted every move Fox has made correctly. It's a possiblity, that's all, let's watch and see. Personally I will not be happy if Beason gets moved out of the middle.

We have certainly overpaid for backups before. Not saying it makes sense, but I think it's a real possiblity.

It's also a possibility that Peppers will be moved to quarterback. Should we devote time to discussing it simply because we don't know for sure that it will never happen?
