    Just got done watching Ugly Tie Night on News 14. Jake seems real upbeat and said he may be ready to paticipate in some of the summer OTAs. Been throwing about 6-7 weeks with a real ball, about 40 a day. They're taking it slow and steady working on mechanics and building back strength. Couple of good cracks on Smitty, someone asked if he had any pets and he said he had a Chihuahua. Solarte (i think) asked him if he had named it Smitty and he laughed and said it barked alot like Smitty.

    If he's concerned at all about his elbow he's hiding it well. Showed a clip of the ATL game and seeing the Gloved Wonder almost made me put my remote through the TV. I forgot how much seeing him in those pretty ass white gloves pissed me off.

    Yeah it was a good one Solarte. Thanks for bumping the thread, I had forgot about it until I saw it when I got home. Got a couple of good laughs in and I feel pretty good about his progress.

    Yours wasn't soo bad, the other guy with the red one... looked like someones curtains or some ugly ass couch fabric...

    That was a good interview. Hope Jakes back 100% this year. Cory Boyd will look great catching his passes out of the backfield. :kid:
