Is the 120 mhz add-on worth the additional price on a new LCD FlatScreen ?

    BTW, Samsung and Sony LCDs are made in the same factory. They're pretty much the same as each other.

    Be sure to let me know when the HD versions of Seinfeld, every tv show in the 80's, and the Charlotte Bobcats come on the air :)

    Oh, and channel 3 and channel 36 local news, and CBS and ABC national news. There is still so much SD only programming unfortunately.

    I avoid most of that now, I'd rather watch a tree grow in HD than most stuff in SD lol.

    That's true, that's why I mentioned the internal scaler. That's what sets the Sony above the Samsung in LCD, from everything I read.

    i had it for about 3 weeks

    a regular Sony Bravia is better than the Samsung 120

    52" Sony Bravia LCD 1080p $1,900, and they threw in a $90 HDMI cable and gave me the Sony upscale DVD player for $75...

    how much did you pay for your tv?
