Miami and Seattle have been so bad this year the Bobcats didn't have a good chance to get the #1 to begin with. They won their 15th game (Miami as 14 wins) back in January) and 20th game (Seattle has 19 wins) back the first game of March.

That's true, Miami took tanking to a whole new level this year. Hell they traded Shaq for Marion and then shut Marion down for the season too lol

I have watched parts of the last couple games. Up 'till now the Bobcats were not available on TV in my area. It's easy to see why they struggle. Jumpshot, jumpshot, jumpshot, turnover, turnover, timeout. Bob Johnson needs to get some players and then worry about the fan support.

As a Bobcat fan, Bob Johnson's comments yesterday made me sick. I can't imagine how they washed over someone apathetic or against the NBA.

He should find a buyer for the Bobcats and haul his ass back to DC. And take Jordan with him. He's not as bad as Shinn but he's starting to smell like him..

The only way this team makes it in Charlotte is for them to get a lot better quick, and even that may not be enough. The new TV deal will help next year but nobody really cares about the Bobcats.

There just doesn't seem to be any type of connection between the team and the fanbase. I recall when the Hornets first start and for several years, it was a big deal. Not sure if that was just because things were new or the game was different back then or what.

Charlotte is still a racist city. They might have been able to forgive a black owner but when the coach and most of the management was also black a lot of people turned their backs before the team even hit the court.

Unfortunately that's true. A listen to the whiner-line on Primetime is the only confirmation you need.

Fucking redneck trash motherfuckers. There are plenty of good reasons to hate the Bobcats, you don't have to sound like uneducated racist pieces of shit to make an argument on what they've done wrong.

Nelly's quote yesterday was hilarious as a Hornet fan turned Bobcat fan. "You don't know what you've lost until it's gone."

Hey, dipshit, we're one of the FEW NBA fanbases that still remembers what it's like to lose a team. That's kinda why you're here.

Now, go fuck yourself. Have fun getting out of your lease.

The amount of damage the owners have done to this franchise in the past three days is unbelievable. I know they weren't blaming 'the fans' but still, came off way too much like Shinn whining. I guess there's always something to bitch about. Somehow I think they overestimate how much people will miss this team if they could gather the capitol to make breaking their lease feasable.
