You are correct it is a free country. See, we agree on something.

Never said I made any rule though, we just have a different opinion on who should pull for who, again, it's a free country. These conversations usually stir up mainly the "fans" that went to one school and then root for another. I just do it for kicks and it's usually the same suspects that come out swinging. It's quite entertaining to say the least. It's easy to pull for a dominate team, but the excuse is usually, "I grew up with team X". Well, of course you did, because they were dominate.

No I did because my father and grandfather supported them, and I enjoyed the bonding time I had with them growing up watching football and basketball games together. Something I still enjoy doing with my father now that my grandfather has passed. Following that team has more meaning than anyone school I ever attended.

I went though a different kind of bonding. When I was in the 7th grade my dad told me I could pull for UNC or find somewhere else to live. My future mother-in-law (a dookie) asked me why I didn't change teams when I got older. I told her it was too late by then.

So no matter what type of ties a person may have to a school/team, they shouldn't pull for that team unless they attended/grad from said school according to you?

So you're intentionally a prick, now I understand. Grid may be a Big East whore, but I would take 100 Grids over you.
