    I went with an Erricson (sp) slider phone ( 540 )that has a 540 minute talk time battery and multiband you mentioned.

    depends on you coverage. In this area ATT doesn't have near the reception Verizon does.

    hmm sounds like I have another nuclear nut here? My phone won't ever see the insides of the PAP, VAP or any other access point
    I switched solely for the fact I can't talk or barely listen with Verizon in my house or neighborhood. I don't have to travel near as much as in the past. That and I like ATTs roll over minutes and free cell to cell talk and text. Wife and daughter can babble away when daughter goes off to school

    Had Sprint YEARS ago....TERRIBLE reception. Tried Cingular for 2 weeks about 4 years ago and took it back. No reception in my neighborhood or near uptown. Verizon seems to give me perfect recepiton all over the city.
