right here. congrats on your alma mater's making it to the Final Four. You should be proud. But beware: UNC, like any institution of higher learning, will seek to capitalize from this success, and will use it as momentum to ramp up efforts to raise money. Alumni like yourself -- the most ardent supporters of Tarheel basketball — will be targeted by UNC's development office, I guarantee it.

On a side note, the Tarheel's performance in the tournament thus far establishes UNC as one of the top basketball programs in the country. Compared to the pitiful performance if Duke, Miami and Clemson, it also magnifies the sorry state of the ACC, which has proven to be a topheavy conference with one great team, one decent team and a steaming pile of cow shit. Top to bottom, the Big Fucking East is the better conference, which is what I've been saying all along.

So true. I've found that actual chapel hill grads are pretty decent folk most of the time. It's the bandwagoners/people that never went to the school that like to boast all the time. It's as if "their school" has actually accomplished anything.

So all you had to say was the BE has a bunch of teams that aren't top tier much like the middle of the ACC.

I could say that, but it wouldn't be accurate. eight teams in (ACC four); seven teams to the second round (ACC three); three teams in the Sweet 16 (ACC one); one team to the elite 8 (ACC one). More will be ranked as well. Head to head in the tournament, BE was 2-1 against the ACC.

that's pretty much it for my argument that the Big east is the stronger conference. How's about you present your argument as to why the ACC is stronger. try to include something other than Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute

ain't that the truth. the board's actual UNC grads hardly ever post about the Heels. Rent-a-Fans like UNCfever give true fans a bad name. Too bad.

Excuse! If Louisville had beat UNC, you would have creamed yourself trying to get on here.
