    Lucas Davenport is a bad man.

    Sandford's written a book that came out not too long ago that centers around Virgil Flowers.

    That Prey series is good. I've read them all...maybe not the latest because I'm not sure when the last one came out. I gave them all to my brother-in-law and he got so hooked, he read the entire series in about 6 weeks.

    You made me check the web site and i missed Invisible Prey that came out in 2007. The next on is being released in May so I better get going on the last.

    Yep, can't think of a better fiction series along those lines.

    My preference is to always go from first to last because of character development. Each story stands on its own however. Davenport has changed and taken on different roles professionally and personally as the series has progressed.
